AUBOR UNVEILS NEXT-GEN OPTICAL LENS INNOVATIONS ON DAY 1 AT 138TH CANTON FAIR

On the first day of the 138th Canton Fair, Aubor draws attention with its latest solutions in optical components including plano-convex lens, IR Fresnel lens, silicone lens, and precision mold technologies—exploring new opportunities with global visitors.

AUBOR UNVEILS NEXT-GEN OPTICAL LENS INNOVATIONS ON DAY 1 AT 138TH CANTON FAIR

1. Exhibition Opening & Aubor’s Strategic Showcase

Today marks the grand opening of the 138th Canton Fair, and on Day 1, Aubor Optoelectronics made a striking impression with its latest optical component technologies. As buyers and industry professionals streamed into the

exhibition halls, Aubor’s booth stood out for its sleek design and cutting-edge product demos.

At the booth entrance, we welcomed visitors with a dynamic display featuring Plano-convex Lens and Biconvex Lens assemblies integrated into real-world applications. Many clients paused to observe how the

Silicone Lens series adapts in flexible sensor modules, and toured our side area where MIR Fresnel Lens and IR Fresnel Lens prototypes were mounted in mini-systems.

2. Key Products in Focus & Visitor Reactions

2.1 Plano-convex Lens & Biconvex Lens

These classical lens types remain staples in many optical systems. At our display, the Plano-convex Lens modules were shown in laser collimation systems, while Biconvex Lens pairs demonstrated light focusing in

compact sensor units. Several visitors inquired about custom focal lengths and anti-reflection coatings.

2.2 Silicone Lens & Ultra-precision Mold

Aubor showcased advanced Silicone Lens solutions suitable for wearable devices and soft optics. Adjacent to it, the Ultra-precision Mold section gave attendees a behind-the-scenes peek at how we manufacture

high-tolerance molds that directly shape these silicone optics with sub-micron accuracy.

2.3 MIR Fresnel Lens, IR Fresnel Lens & Threaded / Cylindrical / Sheet Fresnel Lenses

A major highlight is our Fresnel lens portfolio. The MIR Fresnel Lens and IR Fresnel Lens specimens are displayed alongside interactive thermal imaging systems, illustrating how they guide infrared light with minimal

aberration.

We also exhibited specialty types like Threaded Fresnel Lens (for screwing into sensor modules), Cylindrical Fresnel Lens (used in line-scan optics), and Sheet Fresnel Lens variants (suitable for large-area diffusers).

Many visitors expressed interest in combining Forehead Thermometer Lens modules (also on display) with IR Fresnel designs, for smart temperature-sensing devices.

3. Highlights from Day 1 Interactions

—Over 200 business cards exchanged; clients from Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Americas visited

—Several OEM partners scheduled follow-up meetings to discuss integrating PIR sensor lens and Plano-convex Lens in security systems

—Technical visitors were particularly drawn to our mold-making lab setup and how Ultra-precision Mold enables tight tolerance for IR Fresnel Lens and Silicone Lens fabrication

—Media crews interviewed our R&D lead about innovations in sheet Fresnel optics and thermal lensing trends

4. Looking Ahead: Days 2–3 & Call to Action

As the Canton Fair progresses, Aubor will unveil more integrated systems combining PIR Sensor Lens, IR Fresnel Lens, and Plano-convex Lens into turnkey modules for security, medical, and consumer electronics.

We invite you to visit Booth [ 14.3 C07 ] for live demos, consultations, and technical deep-dives.

Stay tuned—tomorrow we’ll publish a follow-up article covering new orders, client feedback, and behind-the-scenes of our on-site verification of Ultra-precision Mold workflow.
