Optical Dialogue Across Borders: Ober Participates in the 2018 Sino-German Optoelectronic Technology Exchange Conference
Sino-German Exchange Meeting

In October 2018, Ober Optoelectronics was invited to participate in the Sino-German Optoelectronics Technology Exchange Conference held in Germany. It had in-depth dialogues with many well-known optoelectronics enterprises and scientific research institutions from Germany and China, and carried out cross-border technical exchanges in the fields of polymer optics, sensor applications, and intelligent manufacturing.
This event was hosted by the Sino-German Science and Technology Cooperation Project, aiming to promote the cooperation and development of the Sino-German optoelectronics industry in core materials, process equipment, and intelligent applications. As one of the representative enterprises in the field of polymer optical lens manufacturing in China, Ober showcased practical achievements in injection molding free-form lenses, infrared imaging optical components, and AR/VR application lenses.
In the exchange session, the Ober team and the German guests discussed the substitutability of polymer materials in infrared and visible light systems, the stability of vehicle-grade optical devices, and the possibility of future cooperation in the field of medical and smart wear. Experts at the meeting affirmed Ober's independent mold design, high-precision injection molding and coating process integration.
"We believe that in the context of the rapid rise of intelligent perception, optics is no longer just a simple imaging technology, but a key driver of system performance. Through the Sino-German dialogue, we will simultaneously promote technology and strategic vision to the world. "- Speech by the founder of Ober
This exchange meeting not only enhanced Ober's professional awareness in the international optoelectronics field, but also provided a valuable opportunity for expanding the European market and introducing advanced manufacturing concepts in the future. Ober will continue to adhere to technological innovation and open cooperation to explore the infinite possibilities of light.
